INSURANCE

  • We are an In-Network Provider with BlueCross BlueShield, CareFirst BlueChoice, Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, GEHA, OPTUM (VA Community Care Network), and United Healthcare. There are different benefit plans and there is no guarantee of coverage (as stated by insurance). If you are covered, plans vary and you may have to meet a deductible, a copay, and/ or have a certain number of visits covered.
  • We also accept FSA (Flexible Spending Arrangement), HSA (Health Saving Account) card payment.
  • For our office to check on your coverage, please feel free to click the VERIFY YOUR INSURANCE button below and allow 2 to 3 business days before your appointment.

  • If we don't accept your insurance, we will provide an itemized receipt that you can submit to your plan for reimbursement.
